Panels from our community are a major part of our convention! If you have entertaining content or are knowledgeable on cosplay and anime, then submit a panel here!

Panel Tips

Hosting An Event

We want your funny, interesting, entertaining, or noteworthy content! Come to Cosplay Expo to host a panel about your favorite subject and share your wisdom or comedy with our attendees!

We encourage the following types of panels:

  • Panels discussing topics related to anime, cosplay, movies, and video games.

  • Lessons on makeup, cosplaying, and craftsmanship.

  • History or educational panels related to anime, cosplay, movies, and video games.

  • Other forms of fun entertainment.

Panels should require preparation in advance. If you just want to get into cosplay and hang out with friends, don't submit this as a panel, instead consider hosting a meetup instead.

Every panelist will receive free admission to COSPLAY EXPO (limit 2 admissions per panel).

​

By submitting a panel to us, you are making a committment to attend and host your panel. Do not submit a panel if you do not intend to present it.
